Ok, stopped the Almonds and walnuts, trying macadamia nuts this week. No big changes so far, we'll see.
Started July at 212.4, dropped to 209.2 since the first, not good enough, something is happening/changing, but I have not been able to identify it yet. I plan to make changes sometime after the first of August, so I will ride out it few more days through the weekend.

About two weeks ago, I decided to move on to OWL, added nuts, almonds and walnuts, a portion or so of each per day...Total NCs moved above the 20 I used to get during induction. Since then, my weight loss slowed to about 1.5 lbs per week. Not sure what to make of this yet? Not realistic to think that just becasue I am eating 20 almonds per day, my weight loss can almost stop! Foundation vegetables and other carbs have not changed...I still do not crave anything and almost never feel hungry!
