I am a happily married father of 4 kids under 12. I have many health issues, and my doctor wanted me off potatoes and rice, and I was allready off wheat and dairy (and allergic to soy and nuts), so I figured now would be a great time to go back on the Fat Flush Diet and lose the pounds that I lost while I have been sick the last two years as they stuffed me with whatever medicine they thought would fix one part of my body, and then another to fix something else! Argh!

Anyways I want to be healthier and leaner so that hopefully I can be around longer for my wife and kids.
