Well I haven't been very good at logging my food, but since I'm alone much of the time, I eat a lot of lean cuisines for dinner and it seems to be working for weight loss. Today, I went to buy a birthday gift for a friend and ending up clothes shopping. I'd forgotten how wonderful it is to try on jeans when you are thinner. Marshall's didn't have hardly any jeans to pick from so I grabbed one pair and they fit perfectly! Yay! Made my day, and believe me I need some joy right now.
