Well that's it! I am so out of shape its pathetically sad! I am finally motivated to try to do something healthy for myself. This should be a learning experience being that I have no clue what I am about to embark on, how to do it the right way, or even really where to begin.
I am going to record every morsel of food that enters my mouth to see where my biggest problem area with my food consumption lies. I know the very first thing I need to do is cut out my pop consumption and increase my water. I also plan on adding exercise into my routine. A few of my friends have been using Zumba and they love it. I am going to give it a try. I am also going to use Just Dance 2 with my Wii.
My main goal is to get into shape more than loose the weight, but I would like to be down to 125 lbs by the end of summer. I would like this journey to be about a lifestyle change, not just shedding pounds.
Some things about myself: I am the mother of an 18 yr old and a 10 yr old. I am a Christian, my favorite verse is Esther 4:14! I am a very outgoing person and I talk way to much! I am currently a junior at Kent State University obtaining my RN Bachelors degree. I have a high stress lifestyle with very little time. And I love chocolate!
