My name is Eric and I live in Oklahoma. I have battled being over weight my whole life and yo-yo up and down. I love auto racing and its a passion of mine. I recently made the decision to get healthy and back down to racing weight. My goal is to do this the right way by eating right and excerise this time. I am not doing any trick diets or fads, but rather a true healthy life style change and routine for the long run for the rest of my years to come. It may take some time but face it one day at a time and keep plugging away!!!
