quiting smoking=9kg. in 30days
Hmm, I'd like to say some encouraging, but to be honest I had times thinking my weight problems are related to quitting smoking... I quit 2.5 years ago and very quickly I gained 15kg!
I don't have any food cravings or anything, but I do feel my metabolism has slowed down and plus I don't really know when to stop...
Anyways, even though it's challenging and I now have to start a different way of living, I would still not trade it for anything. Quitting was the best decision I made! Stick to, but have in mind - you'll also probably will have to change your eating habits quite a bit if you want to stay slim.
