So I'm back again. After being medically retired from the military in June I've watched my weight slowly creep up. I start feeling uncomfortable in my body when I approach 225 so it's time to bring back down.

I'm going to kick it off on Friday with a no carb week and then ease my way back into the Abs Diet. I like starting with a no carb week because it sort of resets my body and I get to see a quick change on the scale.

Well I dropped my goal weight by another 10lbs. It was cool having to do that, but kinda sux I'm above the blue line again. Wish I knew the exact amount of weight I needed to lose, but I'm just watching my body for what I want. Hopefully I'lll know it when I get there.
