Very anxious today. Have pdoc appointment to discuss meds -- have gained four pounds since I started Depakote.

Feeling down and ill this morning. Lots of abdominal pain, a little depression. Not much else to say.

I went out early this morning -- well, early for me -- to get my Depakote bloodwork done. Ended up sitting there for hours. Then went to the pharmacy, didn't get home until after noon. Haven't eaten anything, and I'm not really hungry. Which is just fine, since I've gained another pound.

I had a serious issue with anxiety today. I managed to get some of what I needed to get done done, but I have to do the same thing again tomorrow. I snuck chocolate from the Halloween candy, which was not good.

I was really struggling with my depression this week, and several times just didn't care about my eating. Plus, I'm still finding out whether my new meds are going to make me gain weight or if it's just the way I'm eating.
