I am a 35y/o mother of a beautiful 2 1/2 y/o little girl, I work full-time as a Pediatric home heath nurse. my goal is to lose 45 lbs... my main goal is to become healthy and live a healthy lifestyle so I can watch my little girl grow up and be there for her in whatever help she may need from me through her life...

I have been living w/ a kidney disorder and high cholesterol levels. I have a love of running and dream of the day when my little girl and I can go out running together and doing 5K's together :)

Lately I've just been trying to stay focused on portion control, healthy choices, and keeping a food journal... also trying to incorporate exercise and ease back into my running schedule... I am def looking forward to spring and the warm weather.
