I entered it as weight training moderate. Wasn't sure about it, but hey figured, I am using a weight, why not put it there. Seemed the most appropriate.

Hi Sherillynn, I excercise with the kettlebell for 30mins 3 times a week. I am using a 4kg bell. I found it hard going to start with but began to see results very quickly. Keep it up, it's worth it. Don't worry about not doing the full hour, you will get there

Work out 3 times a week, focusing on cardio, core, and resistance. As I said earlier, this is working for me, I haven't lost a lot of weight, but I have definitely toned up

That is fantastic! I have been doing kettlebell at home for the last 3 weeks. I have only lost about 3lbs but I have lost 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my chest and 1 inch off my thighs and 1 inch off my arms. I love it! I do it 3 times a week. It's absolutely brillant for toning and strenght training.
