Wow, took until day 10 to finally finish a day having eaten more protein that carbs. It's way harder than I thought it would be. There are hidden carbs in everything and when you're going for the P90X Phase I: Fat Shredder ratios of 50% protein/30% carbs/%20 fat, those stray carbs really get you. At least now I have a pretty good idea of what's been messing up my ratios. Granola's gotta go for this phase. Not too much fruit, either.

Just started P90X. On Day 9. Found fatsecret and thought it would be a great place to keep my keep food journal, since I was pretty much just looking up nutrition values all the time anyway.
