Yesterday and today, not so great on the nutrition program front, particularly in regards to the calorie breakdown percentages. I've been sick and it's made me tired so the will to prepare and cook proper meals was very low. And carbs are more readily available. I'm not too bothered, however, since I'm still under my RDI and I'm playing a tournament this weekend so the extra carbs will be needed anyway. Also, this is the last few days of the Fat Shredder phase, after which the carb ratio gets bumped up a little.
