Can't keep to diets but really want to lose these 15 lbs!!!
i exercise 3-4 times a week. Monday i do a class from 5:30-6:30pm, Thursday class from 5:30-6:30pm, Saturday class from 10-11am on i try to run for 30 min or do the stair master on Wednesdays.

Can't keep to diets but really want to lose these 15 lbs!!!
i'm not saying that i eat too much or that i cant stop eating. My weakness is that i know i shouldnt have a piece of cake but i have one anyway. before i moved to iowa (a year ago) i weighed 150 (i'm 6 feet tall) so i was on the skinny side but i gained some weight in the year that ive been here. i want to lose 15 lbs by June. i looked it up and found that i should eat 1655 calories a day, with exercise to lose 15 lbs in 3 months. are there certain foods i should always stay away from? when there is food present that isnt healthy, at work, at my boyfriends parents house, how should i respond? i know when i'm full so i stop eating...thats not the problem. my problem is that i've never had to watch what i ate-i could eat horribly all day long and never gain a pound. Now that i've gained weight i want to make sure i lose it and keep it off.

Hello-

i am new to this site. i have tried all sorts of different diets, detox drinks, eating healthy, no junk food and so on. it all works for about a week then i go back to eating lots of bread, ice cream, sweets and chips. I work two jobs and have a hard time not eating at my night job. i work at a nice hotel working banquets and nice weddings. The chefs try and feed us if there are left overs and i have such a hard time saying no. i will eat healthy during the day at my computer job, eating salads and so forth but when i see wedding cake and mashed potatoes or the home made bread i just dig in. my legs have never touched in my life and now they touch! i know if i dont start eating better and working out more i will get bigger. any advice or support to help me not eat poorly?
