How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every morning. I finally hit my goal about a month or so ago but for some reason I can't break the habit of doing it every morning. I hate when I gain and it aggravates me, so I keep a close eye.

New Addictions
I love sugar free jello with fat free cool whip on top. I can eat two serving at less than 50 calories total and it satisfies my sweet tooth completely. It is also filling in my tummy and I don't feel guilty if I eat it late at night.
