Hi, I'm 66yrs old and trying again, I started using FS back in 2011 shortly after having Gastric Bypass. I went from 292LBS (my highest was 315LBS), to 180 in a years time. Then I ended up getting kidney stones several times in a row, and pneumonia several times in a row and then I had gallstones and had my gallbladder removed all in the span of about 5 years. Shortly after hitting my goal weight (180LBS, 81kg) and stopped using FS to keep myself in check, I gained almost all that I had lost back when I decided it was time to get back to this FS site and keep track of what I'm eating etc.... I was at 274LBS when I came back and I'm already down some... This site is great!!

Hello yaroslavasg,

This is what I do, to keep from having to add each ingredient everytime I want to do what you are asking..

When you are on your "My Food Diary" page on the lower right of the screen is a section called "My Favorite Meals" and at the bottom of that section you will see "add new" click that and just follow the steps and save it.

Then when you want to add your saved meal on that same section of the "My Favorite Meals" you will see "view all" click that and another screen shows with your meals where you can select "add this meal" which will bring up another screen for you to add it to your food diary....

Seems like a lot, but once you do it, you will see it is very, very easy to add your meal without having to add all the ingredients all over again...

Hope this helps

Water tracker
HHmm, seems to me we used to beable to track our water consumption. I noticed it the other day that it was missing. I'd like to see it as well, but for now, I'm logging all drinks in the "snacks/other" section.
