Pros and Cons of ADIPEX???
I started it 2 months ago through my doctor. I have lost 22 lbs so far. I love it. it really controls my appetite and even when I do slip up and order soemthing that I should not be eating I can only eat 1/4 to 1/2 before I am full. I don't really have any cons to tell you I have had no side effects from it. I see my doctor every 4 weeks for bp and weight check.

My doctor told me not to weigh in more than once a week because then you become obsessed with it.

Breakfast on the run
Yogurt, string cheese, whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, I also stop at mcdonalds and get a sausage mcmuffing with egg and eat it without the muffin.
