Hi, my name is Mackenzie and I am new here.. I found your website through a friend at the Atkins Community and boy am I grateful! The fat tracker has been an amazing helper.. now I am able to create my daily meal plan quickly and easily and I have been 100% dead on track... I just plan out my day and print it and post it on the fridge and I carry a copy of it in my purse so there is no room for error.. I love it. I have recently joined one of the challenges and I am excited to win this battle of the bulge
.. I have 60lbs to loose and I need surgery on my neck and lower lumbar so it is crucial that I drop this weight before surgery to get the best possible results. I cannot exercise like most people, I have trouble walking or sitting most of the time so I am challenged for exercising but I can do some things to strengthen and tone.. it would be nice to talk to others about their success and challenges so i am hoping for feedback.. thanks for reading and have a great day
