To talk about self, lets see I am a mother of three adult children and four grandchildren. Currently at 46yrs old doing more college on line so hopefully won't be to hard. So I have lost 128lbs in past and want to lose about 70 this time and keep it off. Married for 28yrs.... Have an Exhorter's in the Church of God, Also, have cosmetology licenses,Tax preparer and Nurses Aide. Never knew what I wanted to be when grew up I guess. I love God,reading,tanning, weight watchers. I also used love going gym but haven't really done a lot for self recently.Hope to achieve weight loss for self family, church and others as an example once again.Actually have a motivational group a church called Journey to health so I need to do this for me as well as others.I can do all things through his Christ Strength, Rev Barrett

The mind game
So if we can do some self talk we can convenience are self we can do this. We talk to our self all the time mostly negative or say I need that bag of chips. We use emotions and say had bad day don't care if I eat two helpings.So today choice to say I can and am worth taking care of and can do this and will eat healthy.
