Im new(ish)
This site doesn't really give you a "plan". The most sensible way to start is with your basics. Three meals a day and three snacks. Try to stay within the recommended daily intake of calories. The food journal is a great tool to help you track it. Staying within the recommended intake will ensure that you lose weight. It may be slow but at least its healthy.
