I'm a 40 something woman who is tired of the diet merry-go-round. I have been on and off diets for more than half my life. I had an eating disorder in my teens & early 20's. While I haven't crash dieted for more than 10 years that doesn't mean I gave up trying to lose the same 20-30 pounds which is now 45 -60!!!! Now its the last 15 or so that I have to lose. Different plans - different exercises - they were all supposed to get me there, well this is it --- no funky food, shots or pills. Lifestyle change!!! Here I come.....tough to lose the last 10 or 15, hmmmmmmm - onward ho!!
