Weight Loss Has Stopped
Thanks for the great comments and suggestions. And no dinner is not entered on the food tracker. I always track at work and dont get back on until the next day. Dinner usually consists of a hamburger patty with melted cheese on it and a small salad or scrambled eggs with avacodo slices.

Weight Loss Has Stopped
Hi I have been on Atkins for about 5 weeks and have lost 18 pounds, but now the weight loss has completely stopped. I have been tracking my net carbs and have stayed within limits. I have even started exercising and float within 3 pounds every day.
