I can only assume with my weight staying stagnant that I'm adding tons of muscle. My waist measurements are showing progress so I'll have to take that as my evidence.

My scale is being a complete ass again, registered a gain again this morning so I'm going to record it. Maybe I should jump up and down on it till it is fucking dead. See what it thinks of my weight then.
The good news is that I registered a new low on my belly measurement. So the tape is getting it's own special on the shelf. I reward those inanimate objects that give me vibes.

I pushed myself pretty hard at the gym tonight and last night. I'll be off weights for the next two days, which is my normal sequence. I even got applause tonight as I'm just about to 6 plates on my bench press. When you work out at a regular time you tend to see many of the same people regularly, and it's fun to celebrate people's progress.
My calorie deficit is still pretty good, but I suspect that once again the scale is going to fuck me over again. I'll give the scale till Monday to meet or exceed my expectation. I'm ready to weigh 270, start into my 260s and shit.

Alright, today is my 4th day of a 2000 calorie deficit, better be a loss to register on the scale (I did find it) or I'm going to have a shit fit.
