I am the Mother of two young men in their early 20's. I guess I can't blame my weight on baby fat. Maybe it is just middle age fat. I recently was weighed at my Dr's office and I weigh a few pounds more than I did when I was 9 months pregnant with my first son, and what a revelation that was. I really enjoy food and it is so easy to pick up a little nibble to make myself feel better. I can't afford to join a gym - but I am walking regularly now and exercising with a WII fit. I really want to run in a small marathon in September 2011, and I have set that as my goal. Hopefully, weight loss will fall into place as I work this plan to make myself healthier.
