Hello. I am wanting to get into more detail about my health and move from a rather sedentary life after a few injuries and limited ROM to more flexible and really nurturing my body at levels I haven't achieved yet. I work better with others to keep better accountability. Since I started working for myself I went from working most of the time, to working all the time. I am now married and I am shifting that. Also, my business is finally creating a consistent income so I can relax a bit. I am also a life coach and hypnotherapist and plan to use what I learn to help my clients grow with me. I love to teach its a win win.
