I am a 43 year old man who is blessed with a loving wife, and five awesome kids. I have been a caregiver to adults with developmental disabilities for fifteen years, and I love my work!

I have type2 diabetes, and back trouble. It's time to focus on my health and well being as well as those I serve.

My wife and I both struggle with health and weight problems, so we are doing this together. (As much as I may HATE exercise, I will try)
