Oh Lort! (Madea's voice), I finally decided to put the fried dumplings recipe (Jamaican style fried dumplings are a side dish made by kneading flour and frying it in oil... very delicious) into FS. JESUS! Let's just say that fried dumplings are officially off my food list. the calories are high, the carbs are high... every thing is high. I ate about 5 today and that's about 1000.... I think I'm going to pass out lol

No gym today. I went to Walmart and walked around for almost 2 hrs doing some last minute back to school shopping for my 2 boys. Whew! I think that wore me out probably more than the gym did. Someone here (don't remember who now) recommended that I get an activity tracker.... I took a week researching and telling myself that I deserved this 'uncessary item' ( this was harder than the actual research). Even after I brought it home, I kept thinking of the things I needed to get the boys and that I didn't need it. I forced myself to just get over those feelings. Anyway, I'm using it and right off the bat, I see how little I walk around... I barely go 4000 steps each day, without the gym. Hopefully I go to the gym tomorrow so I can test it and see my steps. The fit bit app has a food diary but I dont know if I would use it. I really like fatsecret and I dont think I would do two good logs.... we'll see. So far so good :-)

definitely ate too much today, close to about 1800 calories I think since my food entries have only the closest things i could find especially for the curried goat (i will input a receipe eventually). I will rearrange myself tomorrow.
