I ate pretty carelessly over the past 2 weekends which I don't feel so bad about. I was happy celebrating with family. I find that I do better during the week.
Now that my green smoothie stint is over for now, I'm struggling a little with planning my meals. I think I will make a salad with some tuna for lunch tomorrow but need an actual plan. I feel like my endurance and stamina has not improved as much as I hoped it would have since starting the gym almost 2 months now. The exercises are extremely challenging and I struggle more with the cardio moves... the ones that cause you to breathe extremely hard. I sometimes feel like I'm not getting enough air in my lungs. Having a history with asthma doesn't help but I'm praying that I can overcome this challenge in the next couple of months. I think I need to also do more cardio at home on weekends as well... that must help.... we'll see. Feeling good... 😊
