How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh once a week...On Fridays of course, so that I have some time to undo the weekend's indiscretions (if there are any). I did weigh myself for 3 days consecutaively once, but the downside of gaining 400g a day far outweighs the up of the previous day's 600g loss, so I left it at that...

Hi all
Thanks yankgal! Smile I am not exactly a spring chicken either, 43 years, but it is exactly because I started feeling my knees taking strain that I started doing the exercise. That and the fact that I got very out of breath for doing mundane little things. I wonder if cycling would help for you, i mean those cycles where you sit back and upright against a back rest?

Hi all
Charl here!
I started walking (a whole 2 km) on the 15th of October of last year. Then I came across Fat Secret I weighed 229 lbs. Its now 5 months and a week later Im down 60 lbs to 169 lbs and have never felt better... I run 9-12 km every weekday, and rest on the weekend. (Though it's tough NOT to go running) I think if I could do it, ANYONE can, but it's got a lot to do with Fat Secret Smile
