I have been married for just over 10 years now.
I have 2 great kids, 8 and 5. Work full time for a healthcare company in IT department.

I have been exercising regularly for over a year but am finding that the exercise is really only preventing new weight gain, - no real weight loss in over 3 months.

My current weight is 237 lbs. My target weight is 170.
