I need to gain weight
Has your Dr referred you to a nutritionist? You really need calorie and nutrient dense foods or meal replacements- like someone else mentioned Boost, Ensure and such. I suggest you talk to you physician and they can help you with a plan to up your calories and nutrition to help you gain weight in a healthy way! You are not the only person in that situation, there is help. Best wishes.

Wisdom tooth surgery and Workouts!!!!
Everyone does not need a week off.I had mine done on Friday, thinking I would need time.I took pain killers on Sat and went to a party.Sunday I realized I did not need pain killers at all.I was at work on Monday. My face did not swell or bruise.I at the soft foods and kept changing the gauze until Monday. Then I went on with life, just with 4 less teeth. Best wishes.

Calories out vs calories in
Agreed. You need more than 1700, but not as high as 2900. Eat more good for you stuff with higher calories, like peanut butter. Nuts or protein shakes. Don't just fill it in with empty calories.
