Ok, Day 3 is here and I can't believe how excited I am! Last night was a busy night, but I got in my Wii time and made it to 30 real sit ups and I am certainly feeling it this morning!! Whoo Hoo!!

I have found it interesting that I am taking in less than 1600 calories per day and I am not really that hungry until dinner time but than again, the type of food that I am eating is incredibly different than what I was before! Nothing at all is high in calories, so that certainly helps!

I weighed myself again this morning and it says that I am down to 193.1. I am skeptical to believe the scale as that seems like an awful lot of weight to lose in 2 days. I would think it was water weight or dehydration except that I have actually been drinking water (and peeing like crazy) which is something I normally don't do. I hope that the trend continues down and that I don't step on the scale tomorrow and see it say that I am back up, but I decided I am actually going to record a loss of two lbs!!

My boyfriend and I decided to have a biggest loser competition with eachother for 30 days! He has gained even more than I have in our 3 years together (we are super happy :) lol). Last night he actually got on the treadmill. I keep giving him a bad time telling him I am going to kick his butt, which I fully intend to do!

Hope I continue to stay motivated and on track, which tends to be hard for me!! And I think I am going to go back and start my "Curves at lunch" regimine! Whoo hoo!

Day two of my journey begins today! I had a great day yesterday and felt engergized to make changes and am greatful for this website to help with motivation and tracking (am also hoping to make some new friends)!! Last night was a crazy busy night and really opened my eyes to needing to make time for myself. I picked up Tori, got home and made dinner (yummy chicken stirfry), gave Tori a bath, and cleaned the kitchen, all while running! My plan was to work out a bit on the Wii then meet some friends for a 5 mile walk. Well I got a bit of Wii in and hustled over to my girlfriends house only to discover she wasn't home. I was a bit disappointed and went back home and walked on the treadmill, something I loathe... But at least I got it done. I also joined the Krunches challenge and was able to do 25 sit ups. I know that isn't alot, but these were 25 REAL sit ups, so I am proud of that! Hoping I can get to 30 today!! I am feeling pretty hungry this morning and it doesn't help that I am not a morning eater at all. I also jumped on the Wii to weigh myself and it said I was down 1.5 lbs. I know that can't be right so I am not going to record it in my history, but I will admit, it made me feel good!! So today is a new day and I haven't lost any motivation at all!! Lets home that continues and that I am not on this website all day again today and can actually get some work done!!
