Ok, Day 3 is here and I can't believe how excited I am! Last night was a busy night, but I got in my Wii time and made it to 30 real sit ups and I am certainly feeling it this morning!! Whoo Hoo!!

I have found it interesting that I am taking in less than 1600 calories per day and I am not really that hungry until dinner time but than again, the type of food that I am eating is incredibly different than what I was before! Nothing at all is high in calories, so that certainly helps!

I weighed myself again this morning and it says that I am down to 193.1. I am skeptical to believe the scale as that seems like an awful lot of weight to lose in 2 days. I would think it was water weight or dehydration except that I have actually been drinking water (and peeing like crazy) which is something I normally don't do. I hope that the trend continues down and that I don't step on the scale tomorrow and see it say that I am back up, but I decided I am actually going to record a loss of two lbs!!

My boyfriend and I decided to have a biggest loser competition with eachother for 30 days! He has gained even more than I have in our 3 years together (we are super happy :) lol). Last night he actually got on the treadmill. I keep giving him a bad time telling him I am going to kick his butt, which I fully intend to do!

Hope I continue to stay motivated and on track, which tends to be hard for me!! And I think I am going to go back and start my "Curves at lunch" regimine! Whoo hoo!

Great post, can "hear" how excited/motivated you are! Glad your boyfriend is jumping onboard, it helps to have a buddy at home or work. A good challenge is always healthy too LOL :) I live in Kansas so it is extremely muggy, love the cool mornings of spring/fall.

Great post lady! Sounds like you're having a great week so far! I'm doing okay diet wise but I desperately need to work on the exercising portion of this. My shins are aching from my 5k last weekend so I need to just give them some time before making things worse! Good luck beating your boyfriend!!!!! :-) I also live in Kansas Christy so I can sympathize with you on the mugginess... yuck!
