I have always had horrible eating habits as a child, which sadly followed me into adulthood. My normal diet mainly consists of sugar and carbs, with practically no protein or vegetables.
However, this year I'm making a change. I found this site while searching for high protein foods and meal prep ideas. Decided to join, now HERE I am.
My main focus is eating a minimum of 85g of protein daily since I swim and/or jog most days of the week.
If anyone can offer helpful tips or advice to help me with my protein/lean muscle gaining journey. Please leave a comment!!
