Ok I am getting lean. I thought I was pretty lean, I thought I had
no more than 5lbs of fat, I was wrong. I am sure I have lost muscle
but I am heading for my all time thin skin. Rice & Beans & oatmeal.
For the next 6 months or so the 180# goal at 4% BF is a joke. I could
end up at 167# or so. I am who I am, I would have to drug to put on
more muscle and I will not do that.

I went as high as 184 this winter, all the shoveling helped keep the fat %
down. It did get as bad as when I sat, I could gather & pinch around an inch & a half, too much from too much junk. I have really changed my food items over the last month. I am looking lean and I am heading down. I am going for my all time (teen years?) body fat low. My wife & I both think I might have 5lbs of external body fat, maximum at this time.
My staples are old fashion oatmeal, beans & rice. I supplement with a little eggs, tuna, chicken, Greek plain, skim lactose free, fruit, veggies & hemp & whey. The beans & rice are so low in fat & high in fiber they are a perfect staple. I can season them in so many ways.
My training is intense and very short in duration; all free weights & carries

I have as much muscle as I have ever had on not my best diet. Lifting heavy
and massive snow shoveling have put me in pretty good shape. I will reduce
my fats and sugars and see where I go.

Ok, for me. I have not weighed in almost a year and I come back right at
my weight I was at. I have been as high as the mid 180s, when I ate like
crazy and lifted heavy. I got stronger but also fatter. This is my weight,
low 170s. If I am going to go below 6-7%BF I will weigh even less. I will
remain a happy and natural bodybuilder, weightlifter. -CD

I have not checked my weight in, I don't know how long. So busy with all the
work. To my amazement I got on the scales this morning and still 173.
I appear in pretty good shape with muscles full and some detail in oblique area. Regular heavy workouts on a 3 day split -CD
