I started trying to lose weight at the end of May 2010, when my scale read 193 pounds. I'm trying to exercise at least 5 days per week, keep my daily calorie intake below 1400, and so far have lost 28 pounds. My ideal weight is between 135 and 145, but I'm aiming for my first weight goal of "healthy normal weight" of 155.
