wii active
The wii active gave me a a serious run for my money! I was dripping sweat by the end of it!! My only issue with the active is that is alternates back and forth between the resistance band and an activity which is kind of a pain. Overall though it is still a great workout if you have some time to commit to it. I am a soccer player and shockingly I am sweating about the same from my wii active workout as a soccer game!
