I need to eat better and not keep justifying why I can eat more, bigger portions, things that are not part of my plan, late at night, etc., just because I am exercising more. The exercise really does feel great. I am so happy that I am moving my body and enjoying the moving of my body! I am so happy & proud that I am on task with the commitment and challenge, but I need to get back to eating healthy. I do still want to get to my goal weight after all.

Exercising is like magic. You can't see how it works, but it does. After only a few days, I already see a difference, feel the difference and am enjoying my activities. Getting ready to do my workout now :)

Sometimes it is more about how I feel rather than how I look... I feel happy, hopeful, energetic. I love being part of the challenge with the SISers! (Slim in Six people!!) I gotta go back and see the clever girl who started this cute name. I am getting a lot of encouragement from the girls inthe group. Really helps me.

too afraid to weigh myself.. read a lot about TV watching causes obesity and depression. Yep I get it. Studies showed that people lost a half a pound a week when they watched less than 2 hours of TV a day. Yesterday was one year without cigarettes. But yesterday I thought about smoking and I rarely do - because of being disgusted with the snacking. Good news is that I don't give up. I am not giving up. Going to leave TV off and move my body. My friend who lost almost 100 pounds said she believes she lost so much weight because she shut off the TV. Enough said.
I will do the 7 days in the zone.
Got a response from Lynn Sears about using coffee as a snack. Did 1/2 caf and 1/2 decaf today and will DO MY BEST.
