I need to eat better and not keep justifying why I can eat more, bigger portions, things that are not part of my plan, late at night, etc., just because I am exercising more. The exercise really does feel great. I am so happy that I am moving my body and enjoying the moving of my body! I am so happy & proud that I am on task with the commitment and challenge, but I need to get back to eating healthy. I do still want to get to my goal weight after all.
