Starting over. Moved to Singapore in January. it just kept creeping on and on... the food is/was so good. I blamed the weight on the Lyrica, but it was me.
Now I have a bag of clothes that I can't wear.
My thighs touch together.
I feel awful about myself.
I arrived in Sinagpore at 123!! Now granted, that is too small, but still - 20 lbs in 3 months.
The only reall success I have had over recent years has been with fatsecret.
makes sense too because when you are conscious of everything you put in, there's a lot that goes on in the brain! And also, I am the type who wants to do it perfect, so I will.
This is actually Day 2. And Day 1 was good. However, It is really 4.22 not 4/21 so I will have to figure out how to change the dates to singapore time.
I actually love being back on fatsecret. Love the app. (i have seen all the apps and by far, fs is the best!)
But it is one girl who brought me back - thin120 and she didn't even know it. So, when you don't think you're making a difference for someone else, reach out anyway. Could make ALL the difference.

ahh feels good to be back... to the lifestyle that makes me sane! This time, though, taking out the dairy. I bet I drank a cup of half and half every morning in my coffee. Plus a starbucks here and there and since i didn't measure it, i really think it was a lot of half and half!! I am enjoying the almond milk, and went to starbucks and had soy.
Also doing the morning exercise. My inspiration for that? Jamie Lee Curtiss on the Activia commercial who does that little morning routine for the viewer and I thought "wow she makes it look easy and she combines it with brushing teeth and getting dressed. " Now I just put the video next to the TV and while I'm watching the news, I am doing the exercises. This works.
No sugar.
No dairy.
30 min exercise a day.
Read a few inspirational pages of Sugar Shock to remind me that it is poison.
Anything over that is a BONUS!
