ahh feels good to be back... to the lifestyle that makes me sane! This time, though, taking out the dairy. I bet I drank a cup of half and half every morning in my coffee. Plus a starbucks here and there and since i didn't measure it, i really think it was a lot of half and half!! I am enjoying the almond milk, and went to starbucks and had soy.
Also doing the morning exercise. My inspiration for that? Jamie Lee Curtiss on the Activia commercial who does that little morning routine for the viewer and I thought "wow she makes it look easy and she combines it with brushing teeth and getting dressed. " Now I just put the video next to the TV and while I'm watching the news, I am doing the exercises. This works.
No sugar.
No dairy.
30 min exercise a day.
Read a few inspirational pages of Sugar Shock to remind me that it is poison.
Anything over that is a BONUS!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
