Join my diet!
230 pounds! That's exactly where I started. In 6 months, I lost 60 pounds, and started running distance. Never before in my life have I wanted to run for pleasure. A few months later I leveled out at 75, and in the BEST shape in my ENTIRE life (50 years)! I wish the best for you on your goal achievement. Whatever you do, if you need to get that weight off, then do it. It's all up to you, and you can! If you like to run distance, then I will see you at the track!

Best Wishes,

Band-on-the-RUN!

I don't want to be a buzz kill, but...
I am so tired of the Forums on Weight Watcher's Etools! It seems I get all the negative people to respond to me. Except for one fine responder, I have gotten very little response to posts that I send that have anything to do with fitness! This site is free, and I have had more support here in the last couple of weeks than the whole year I have been involved on that website.
Sounds like it may be time to log off Etools for me, huh?
I didn't know what forum title to put this under. They didn't have one labelled "Complaint Department"

News Flash! Shrimp Festival Convinces Man Needs Shrimp Jambalaya Recipe
I tasted Shrimp Jambalaya w/rice today at the Fernandina Shrimp Festival. I ate 2 - 1 cup servings. Shoot. I think I could cook that, if I had a recipe.
Anybody know a recipe that can help me? I don't eat foods that contain 4 grams of sugar per serving, and one serving must not exceed 1 cup.
Thanks.
