About this Group:

This group is for all of us on the weight loss journey to share ways we can reward ourselves for acheiving weight loss, participating exercise, or just working hard towards our goals.

Acheivements don't have to be grand or the final goal to deserve a reward.

Rewards are important and I have always used food as a reward but now I need to find other ways to reward myself. This group is for people to share ways to reward so we can learn new ways to reward ourselves.
