Went to Crossfit twice this week. Protein ratios could be a little better, but mostly good. Glad to see the scale in the 135 range for about three days now.

I have overdone it on the wine the last few nights, so that number on the scale isn’t moving how I want it to. I’ll be replacing wine with Topochico, increasing calories, and adding a little exercise to kickstart to fat loss.
