I'm Ashley and I'm trying to lose weight, become more active, and learn to have a healthier life style now, so that it's not so hard in the future. I count calories and go to the gym a lot because I've found that works for me more then anything. It's a lot of hard work but it has been totally worth it. I lost 15 lbs before joinging FatSecret and I'm so happy I found this website. I have about another 15 left that I want to lose and the app on my phone helped me so I figured the website would only be more help. I started Phase 1 of the South Beach diet and I LOVE it...it's amazing! Words of advice...eat healthy, stay active, and remember this: that swim suit season body can last you all year round.
