I woke up really late today so I was unable to record a breakfast, but I had some cereal for lunch and I'm trying to work up a high protein plan for dinner for wife and I.
I ended up binging on some french fries last night at about 3am. Since before xmas I've been battling insomnia which causes me to eat more at night time. I'm sure I can keep my calorie count low if it wasn't for that.
I started a water drinking challenge today and I'm hoping I can get through it better without feeling so bloated. That, and it's been so cold lately that I haven't been able to get this chill out of my body.
I learned that in some eastern cultures that warm water is offered to guests instead of cold water. That's not a bad thought.

It seems as if there are a bunch of people adding me as friends. I look forward to the mutual support :)
I weighed myself later in the day and it seems as if I really did lose that 3lbs. It's nice, but I'm worried that I might be going too fast and I would gain it all back.
My next step is to start regularly exercising. I hardly leave my house so I've been trying to find ways to do it inside. The wii fit is really fun, but it's not like you can properly gauge your fitness. I will keep with it for the sake of moving. I'm so creaky and sore these days.

I feel a little bet skeptical about the three pound loss considering it's only been about three days. I wouldn't want to kid myself.
I guess we'll see where that takes us.
Does eating breakfast get any easier? I still feel awful after eating so quickly after waking up.

Wasn't feeling very hungry today. I feel a little bloated and gross over yesterday I guess. Today I tried to stick to high protein meals and I felt I did pretty well. I thought I should try and get to 1800 calories but I'm not sure I could do it.
Had a visit from a friend I virtually hadn't seen in almost two years. She lost a TON of weight and looks wonderful. She got out of a bad relationship and is happy in a new one and what's more is she wants to hang out more. We're visiting at her place tomorrow. Maybe it will keep up. We could use better friends.
On another note, I figured out how to add whole recipes on this site. I really enjoy how I can add all of the ingredients in one and portion it off like I did today. We don't really have much in the fridge until the weekend, but I'm pretty good at throwing together one dish meals out of almost anything, so I made an improvised version of Spanish rice and beans.
Wife and our friend really liked it(or so they say, lol). I hope I don't get bored, I've been highly unmotivated lately.
