It seems as if there are a bunch of people adding me as friends. I look forward to the mutual support :)
I weighed myself later in the day and it seems as if I really did lose that 3lbs. It's nice, but I'm worried that I might be going too fast and I would gain it all back.
My next step is to start regularly exercising. I hardly leave my house so I've been trying to find ways to do it inside. The wii fit is really fun, but it's not like you can properly gauge your fitness. I will keep with it for the sake of moving. I'm so creaky and sore these days.
