I woke up really late today so I was unable to record a breakfast, but I had some cereal for lunch and I'm trying to work up a high protein plan for dinner for wife and I.
I ended up binging on some french fries last night at about 3am. Since before xmas I've been battling insomnia which causes me to eat more at night time. I'm sure I can keep my calorie count low if it wasn't for that.
I started a water drinking challenge today and I'm hoping I can get through it better without feeling so bloated. That, and it's been so cold lately that I haven't been able to get this chill out of my body.
I learned that in some eastern cultures that warm water is offered to guests instead of cold water. That's not a bad thought.
