Had a long day and I am winning the food fight. Yeah me. I still have like 400 calories to eat...and it is only about 7:30. I think I will have frozen blue berry w/ almond milk smoothie for dessert. I could really kill it, I could eat a couple of cookies..I mean really 2 Oreo cookies- 100 calories...doesn't seem worth it. But I sure would love every crumb...Hey WILL power I need you!

We will see if I just screwed up or not, I ate oatmeal and raisins for breakfast. Which is healthy I know, but it is more than all of the carbs I ate all day yesterday. hmm.

I was just looking at pictures that people were posting, and it surprises me how even here people can not be honest. They are posting skinny pictures, dogs the kids but not their self. I might post a picture of me and my dog but only because we both have a weight problem but now of one just of her. This is about me being honest with myself and the world about how fat I actually am and trying to get help with it. I think it is about accepting who you are and changing what you dont like. I don't like my weight and I am changing that. I was brave enough to post a picture of my fat self in a modest bathing suit. Yes it was from a year ago but I was fat then to but I will post a better one maybe today.
