I was just looking at pictures that people were posting, and it surprises me how even here people can not be honest. They are posting skinny pictures, dogs the kids but not their self. I might post a picture of me and my dog but only because we both have a weight problem but now of one just of her. This is about me being honest with myself and the world about how fat I actually am and trying to get help with it. I think it is about accepting who you are and changing what you dont like. I don't like my weight and I am changing that. I was brave enough to post a picture of my fat self in a modest bathing suit. Yes it was from a year ago but I was fat then to but I will post a better one maybe today.
