I am still mad about the salad I had eaten earlier. I just finished Cabbage soup to make up for the giant portion of calories I blew on that salad. I am going to be starving before 10 pm my bedtime. Give me strength to with stand temptation, I am going to need it!

OMGoodness! I just came from Perkins with my husband and I was being a very good dieter and ordered a Chef Deluxe salad...just used a tbl. spoon of dressing and it came to 830 calories!! 830 CALORIES..830 CALORIES IN ONE FREAKIN' SALAD...what a rip off.!

I started taking L-Arginine like Dr. Oz suggested...but now I cant remember why? Or if he actually said 2000 mg per day or not. I went to look it up on his site and cant find it and it was just last week. I pretty sure it was to turn belly fat into muscle but even if it don't work it is good for other things as well. I just hope I am not over doing it.
Well I had a good day, calorie intake was a little over 1300 and I am enjoying my nightly treat-frozen blended fruit with almond milk. This is already included in my calories.So I am ahead of my game still! Have a good night.

Proud of my self, I still have 210 calories left to eat for the day and I am not even hungry. Good night ya'll, gonna do it all over again tomorrow!
